About Centerline Medical

Centerline Medical was founded in 2009 by Ron Williams, a 35 year veteran of the medical device industry, to design and weld components for a less invasive heart valve delivery system. Since 2009, Centerline has provided solutions to challenging engineering and manufacturing issues over a broad range of implants and delivery systems in the neurovascular, cardiology, cardiac surgery, ophthalmic, orthopedic, gastroenterology, gynecological and urological markets.

Founders Bio

Ron Williams began his engineering career at Advanced Cardiovascular Systems and Cardiometrics. Ron co-founded EndoVascular Technologies in 1989, CryoVascular Systems in 1997 and MyoScience in 2006. Ron has held roles as Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of R & D and R & D Engineer. In these roles he has gained extensive experience in metal joining processes including laser welding for fatigue/implant applications, TIG welding, resistance welding, brazing and soldering, all of which are used in the manufacturing of medical devices. Ron has also served on the Board of Directors at CryoVascular and MyoScience and is a named inventor on over 50 patents.
